Beautiful pair! Hunky papa Gabriel Aubry was spotted with his daughter Nahla, 3, in Santa Monica on Sunday (June 26). The proud papa carried his gorgeous girl on his shoulders as they walked along the 3rd Street Promenade.
Gabriel and Nahla's mother, Academy Award-winning actress Halle Berry, are reportedly in a bitter custody battle over their sweet girl. According to TMZ, Halle went to family court this morning and accused Gabriel of violating their original custody agreement. Reportedly, Halle's lawyer submitted a lengthy court document claiming Gabriel has put Nahla at risk.
