Lindsay Lohan Settles Limo Lawsuit

Perhaps sick of all the legal drama, Lindsay Lohan has settled the case filed against her by a limo company.

Elite Transportation Limo and Security Services sued the fiery redhead for $90,585.79, services allegedly used from February to May 2009.

An out-of-court deal was reached, but according to TMZ, the 26-year-old actress paid the full amount she owed. Accordingly, the case was dismissed by both parties this week.

Now Ms. Lohan is free to concentrate on a more pressing legal matter, being charged with lying to law enforcement following a car accident in June.
