It was a massive victory for gay marriage advocates today (June 26) when the United States Supreme Court ruled that California?s Proposition 8 is unconstitutional.
The justices came back with a 5-4 decision, declaring that marriage doesn?t have to only be between a man and a woman, which will start the ball rolling for a federal gay marriage sanction.
