Following a successful tour with Bon Jovi, lead guitarist Richie Sambora has decided to check himself into rehab for the second time.
As reported by Radar Online, the 51-year-old will voluntarily report to a facility to seek help with exhaustion and alcohol addiction.
The rocker and his band just wrapped up one leg of their 2011 tour, which may have led to him falling off the wagon - as one source revealed to Radar, "Richie recently has been drinking too much, and wants to get his life together
Sambora, who has been struggling with substance abuse for some time, first entered treatment at Utah's Cirque Lodge in 2007 after a failed marriage to Heather Locklear, break-up with girlfriend Denise Richards, and the death of his father.
