Over the summer, the American retailer publicly offered the reality TV star money to stop wearing A&F clothing.
But in the suit against them, Sorrentino is claiming that Abercrombie infringed on his trademarks like ?The Situation? and ?GTL? (gym, tan, laundry) by using sayings like ?The Fitchuation? and ?GTL?You Know The Deal? on their t-shirts.
Only being able to take so much humiliation, the ?Jersey Shore? guido is seeking $4,000,000 in damages.
