Musicians are always ready to help out for a good cause, and it has been announced that Justin Bieber, Rihanna, and U2 are joining forces to raise money for disaster relief in Japan.
According to a report, the Universal Music artists are scurrying to put the compilation album together and hope to have it done by the end of this week.
From there, they will release the album on a digital-only basis, with all proceeds going to the Japanese Red Cross.
Justin tweeted, "Japan is one of my favorite places on earth ... it's an incredible culture with amazing people. My prayers go out to them. We all need to help, by being one of the first on board for the project."
