Making their much awaited dancefloor debuts, the new batch of "Dancing with the Stars" contestants kicked off the new season of the hit ABC show on Monday night (March 21).
As for the standouts, Kirstie Alley impressed the judges as she worked the cha cha with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy to garner a second place score of 23 points, as judge Bruno Tonioli said, "I feel like we're just scratching the surface."
Meanwhile, Kendra Wilkinson was her usual charming self while lacking in the technical department, as she tied foxtrotting model Peter Nemcova with a score of 18.
With "Karate Kid" actor Ralph Macchio nabbing top marks with a 24, "Dancing with the Stars" will see all 11 contestants return to the ballroom for a new dance next Monday (March 28) while judges' scores will determine who will be eliminated on the season's first live results show held the following day on March 29 on ABC.
